Beef Chuck Steak (450g approx) - Grass-fed and reared on our farm in Newquay. Perfect for stew and slow cooks of approx two hours.

Chicken, Thighs (4) - Cornish and free-range.

Sliced Ham - Cornish

Feeds 2-3 people approx.
